Become a Registered Training Organisation
Our consultancy service will assist you with the Accreditation (or re– accreditation of your organisation) as a registered training organisation (RTO); a service that includes review and preparation of all documentation necessary for your organisation - whether you are a commercial business, government entity or not for profit business.
OTHER LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Development and delivery of customised courses using the nationally approved modules from courses already accredited including those shown under each of the Certificate IV qualifications and courses shown on the WE TRAIN AUSTRALIA site.
Development and delivery of customised non-accredited courses in the areas of personal and careers development skills and total quality management, business studies and communication studies
Design of MS PowerPoint presentations or provide Overhead Transparencies (OHTs) with powerful messages to suit the specific needs of your organisation’s learning and development requirements
Setting up the learning and development function for individual organisations including:
- Researching and developing suitable internal training programs and associated resources in business studies, communication studies and personal development
- Setting up the physical training environment including researching suitable training delivery equipment and furniture
- Recruiting and selecting suitable learning and development staff to deliver the various programs
- Provide an ongoing external consultancy monitoring service to organisations once the learning and development function is established
